- What is schoolPAX all about? How does it work?
It's a way for your school to earn money as a reward for having its families shop with our schoolPAX Partners  . Once your school is enrolled, they will be able to download and print full-color PDF Family Flyers for immediate distribution. After these materials are distributed, parents can instantly begin participating by shopping in store using custom-coded Foot Locker School Rewards cards at your local Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker or shopping online with a custom School Code at www.footlocker.com, www.1-800-Flowers.com, www.travelocityschoolrewards.com, or www.verizonwireless.com/myschool! You can also raise money from purchases that you, your family and friends make regularly when paying with a card from www.myschooldebitcard.com.
- Who are schoolPAX Partners?
SchoolPAX Partners are companies committed to improving education in school communities. These companies have teamed up with schoolPAX to offer an easy way for your school to earn money at no cost to you or your school! When shopping with these companies you already know and trust, a portion of every dollar you spend on qualifying items goes to your school as cash contributions.

- Is my school eligible?
Eligible schools must be accredited public or private educational institutions (serving grades Pre-K through 12th only) located in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia,* which are tax exempt under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(3) and described under IRC section 170(b)(1)(A)(ii). Eligible schools must be housed in a facility zoned as a school building by the local municipality. Universities, colleges, day care centers and public libraries do not qualify. - Are Home Schools eligible?
Home Schools may participate in the schoolPAX program, but eligibility is determined on a case by case basis. It is helpful if a Home School's Association is already enrolled in schoolPAX. Individual Home Schools and Home School Associations should CLICK HERE to contact us before enrolling, and indicate whether they are an individual Home School or a Home School Association in the Message Box.
- How does my school earn money?
Your school receives cash back when you, your family, coworkers, relatives and friends shop with schoolPAX Partners . There is no limit to how much your school can earn! The more you shop, the more your school earns!
- How is this different from other fundraisers?
We're taking the hassle out of fundraising for both schools and parents, as well as lifting the fundraising burden from children. There is no door-to-door selling, no inventory, no order forms or collections and no deadlines or quotas to meet. Your school simply enrolls and distributes the program materials to families, friends, co-workers and anyone who'd like to help your school raise money. When participants shop and purchase as they normally would, contributions are accumulated and paid directly to your school! Simple.
- Does this conflict with other fundraising programs with which my school participates?
SchoolPAX will not conflict with other fundraising programs! This program actually supplements your other fundraising efforts while minimizing the time demands on students and staff.
- How does my school participate?
The first step is for a school Principal, an authorized school administrator and/or Parent Teacher representative to enroll the school. Once your school is enrolled, you will be able to download and print full-color PDF Family Flyers for immediate distribution. After these materials are distributed, parents can instantly begin participating! Simply shop online at www.footlocker.com, www.1-800-Flowers.com, www.travelocityschoolrewards.com, or www.verizonwireless.com/myschool! You can also raise money from purchases that you, your family and friends make regularly when paying with a card from www.myschooldebitcard.com.
- What is the cost of participation?
There is absolutely no cost to your school.

- How do I find out if my school is already enrolled?
To find out if a school is enrolled, visit www.schoolpax.org, click ALREADY ENROLLED? on the navigation menu, and type in your school name and location. If it is not enrolled, contact your principal, school administrator and/or Parent Teacher representative to enroll and start earning rewards for your school!
- Can a school that is not enrolled participate?
Non-enrolled schools can not participate in schoolPAX at this time. Only schools that are officially enrolled can earn money. Enrollment can be done online at www.schoolpax.org. It's easy!
- Can I enroll my school or does someone else have to?
Only the principal, school administrator and/or Parent Teacher representative can enroll a school.
- How does a school enroll?
A principal or authorized school representative can visit www.schoolpax.org to enroll.
- What if I can't find my school on your list when I go online to enroll it?
A newly constructed school or a school that has been closed my not show up in our search utility. If your school meets the criteria outlined in the program Terms and Conditions, you can CLICK HERE to send us an email message.
- Is the program only for the immediate family of each student or can others participate?
Anyone is eligible to participate in schoolPAX -- parents, relatives, teachers, neighbors, friends and acquaintances alike.
- Does it matter in which state my friends or family live, should they want to participate?
Shoppers in all 50 United States and the District of Columbia can participate.

- What do participants have to do to earn money for a school when they shop?
Shortly after your school's enrollment has been processed and released, you should receive a full-color Family Flyer. After these materials are distributed, parents can instantly begin participating by shopping online with a custom School Code at www.footlocker.com, www.1-800-Flowers.com, www.travelocityschoolrewards.com, www.myschooldebitcard.com, or www.verizonwireless.com/myschool!
- How and when does my school receive the money?
Contribution checks will be disbursed no less than once per school year for schools with a minimum of $10.00 in accrued contributions. These checks are made payable to schools and/or officially designated school organizations. Any contributions earned that are less than $10 are carried over to the next check distribution.
- Is there a limit to the amount of money a school can make?
There is no limit to the amount of money a school can make! The more people participate, the more money a school can earn.
- Can I use my Foot Locker VIP card in conjunction with my Foot Locker School Rewards card or School Code?
No, the Foot Locker School Rewards offer of 5% to schools is not valid with the VIP Card.
- Can the checks be made payable to the PTA/PTO instead of the school?
By default, contribution checks are made payable to the school. If necessary, a school can specify another entity (such as a Parent Teacher Organization) as the recipient of the check by using the tools provided in the School Account Access, . All checks are sent directly to the school's address to the attention of the fundraising coordinator.
- Where does the money go once it's received by the schools?
Once received, each school-assigned check recipient will then be able to direct the funds toward programs where the money is most needed.
- How much will my school earn?
When using your schoolPAX materials, the following percentages of what is spent are contributed to your school:

Every time you shop at Foot Locker,
Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker or www.footlocker.com, 5% of your purchase will go directly back to your school!
When you shop in store at Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker and/or Kid's Foot Locker, present your Foot Locker School Rewards card at checkout and earn 5% back for your school from every purchase. When you shop online at footlocker.com, enter your School Code at checkout and earn 5% back for your school from every purchase.
Example: If a family shops 3 times this school year at Foot Locker, Lady Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker or www.footlocker.com and makes a purchase of $100 or more during each shopping trip, they can earn up to $15 in cash contributions for their school.

Every time you place an order at 1-800-Flowers or www.1-800-Flowers.com, your school will earn 8% back from a wide array of purchases.
When calling 1-800-Flowers to place an order, make certain to indicate your School Code to earn 8% before finalizing your purchase. When shopping online at 1-800-Flowers.com, after you've placed your order and have reached the checkout page, use the promotional code SCHOOL and place your School Code in the membership number area and earn 8% back for your school.
Example: If a family shops 3 -4 times this school year at 1-800-FLOWERS or www.1-800-FLOWERS.COM, and makes a purchase of approximately $60 or more on each order, they can earn up to $15 or more in cash contributions for their school.

- How can Principals and official school representatives know how much money their school raises?
School-specific information is available at www.schoolpax.org. Principals and official school representatives must have their Secret Login ID available to access this information.
- Will there be more Partners? How will my school know when new partners join the schoolPAX program?
New companies are regularly joining the schoolPAX program! We will send out announcements informing you of this whenever a new partner is added. We will also send out any necessary materials and instructions on how shop at these new companies and earn money in the mail. Keep on the lookout for updates in your schoolPAX newsletters and at www.schoolPAX.org.
- How can Principals and official school representatives know how much money their school raises?
This and other school-specific information is available in the Account Access section at www.schoolpax.org. Principals, school administrators, and/or Parent Teacher representative must have their Secret Login ID available to access this information.
- How can Parents find out how the school is doing with the fundraising through SchoolPAX?
Parents can find out how their school is doing by contacting their Principal, school administrator or Parent-Teacher representative.
- How can I be sure that my school is getting credit for my transactions?
Bar Codes on Foot Locker School Rewards cards identify a single school. Your School Code also identifies your school. Each time a transaction includes one of these tracking mechanisms, our system automatically knows what was spent and how much will be contributed to your school.
- For how long is my Foot Locker School Rewards card valid?
The program is currently scheduled to run through the end of the 2010-2011 school year.
- When does the schoolPAX program end?
The schoolPAX program is currently scheduled to run through the end of the 2010-2011 school year. There will be an announcement if the program is extended to the next school year.
- How often will my school's School Rewards totals be updated?
Schools' earnings totals are updated monthly.

- What are Family Flyers?
Family Flyers are custom materials that are printed for distribution to school supporters.
- How do I obtain Family Flyers?
Simply visit http://www.schoolpax.org/flyer or CLICK HERE to download your printable PDF flyer.
- My school recently enrolled. When will we have our Family Flyers?
You can expect your school to print out and distribute full-color Family Flyers shortly after your school's enrollment has been processed and released .
- How do I find out my School's Secret Login ID?
Principals and school administrators wishing to obtain their school's Secret Login ID can contact us using one of the following methods:
- Visit: www.schoolpax.org and complete the Contact Form with your school's information and a request for your Secret Login ID.

- How do I place a schoolPAX banner on my website?
Placing a promotional banner on your website is easy! Simply go to the School Sites Connection page (from the Supply Closet) and find your school. You will then be presented with a variety of different banners to choose from, along with a simple set of instructions that will direct you to either copy and paste some code onto your website, or use our automatic email form to send an instructional message to your webmaster. Then, when shoppers click the banner on your site, they'll be presented with an easy-to-use shopping directory, customized for your school!
- What happens if I don't have my School Code handy when shopping online?
A simple utility for finding a school's Code is available at the point where the School Code is entered on Foot Locker's and 1-800-Flowers' websites. If a school's Code can not be found, that school is either not yet enrolled or not yet in our system.
- I lost my Foot Locker School Rewards card (or need more cards). How can I get replacements?
If a school's representatives don't have extras, more Foot Locker School Rewards cards can easily be ordered at www.schoolpax.org.
- Will my school's contribution be impacted if a part of an order is returned to the store?
Yes. When products are returned, the corresponding contribution to the school is adjusted accordingly.
- Can I change the school I am supporting? Can I support multiple schools?
School Codes, and bar codes on cards are linked to only one school and cannot be changed. However, supporting multiple schools can be accomplished! If participants' children attend multiple enrolled schools, Family Packs will be received that support each one. Simply alternate using the School Codes and/or cards to support multiple schools when shopping with 1-800-Flowers and Foot Locker.
- How do I update my school's information due to changes that have taken place?
To make school information updates, please have the school's Secret Login ID handy and visit www.schoolpax.org.
